Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) explains what you can and cannot do when using WatermarkGoGo. Violations may result in rejected jobs, suspension, or termination.
1. Core Principles
You may use the Service only:
- for lawful purposes
- on content you own or have permission to use
- in a way that respects others’ intellectual property and privacy rights
You are solely responsible for your User Content and how you use the output.
2. Prohibited Uses
2.1 Infringe Intellectual Property or Rights
- Remove or alter copyright notices, rights management information, or watermarks from content you do not own or lack permission to modify
- Upload pirated, stolen, or unauthorized videos (including re-uploads without permission)
- Violate privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights of any person
2.2 Create, Upload, or Process Illegal or Harmful Content
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
- Non-consensual sexual content, sexual exploitation, or harassment
- Violent extremism, terrorism promotion, hate content, or incitement to violence
- Content that facilitates wrongdoing or illegal activity
We may use automated systems to detect prohibited content and may refuse processing.
2.3 Abuse, Circumvent Protections, or Attack the Service
- Use bots, scrapers, or automation to generate excessive requests or attempt to bypass safeguards (including anti-bot verification, rate limiting, or credit checks)
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any system/network connected to it
- Reverse engineer, interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the Service
- Attempt to bypass billing mechanisms or manipulate job submission/processing
2.4 Exceed or Evade Usage Limits
- Attempt to bypass file limits (size/type), time limits, resolution limits, concurrency limits, or other resource boundaries
- Submit multiple concurrent processing jobs under the same account where restricted
3. Enforcement
If we determine (in our sole discretion) that you violated this AUP, we may:
- refuse to process content
- cancel or fail jobs
- suspend or terminate your account
- block certain IP addresses/devices
- reverse credits in case of payment chargebacks/refunds where appropriate
- report to law enforcement or cooperate with legal requests when required
